Closets, pantries, and nooks are relatively easy to paint and do not add a ton of additional costs to a job. Don’t forget, larger walk-in closets can cost more to paint based on their size and amount of wall space not covered by shelving. Painting closets can cost as little as $60 – $280 for smaller or medium-sized spaces. The pricing for walk-in closets can be compared to bathrooms with similar sq ft dimensions Costs can also vary if you add trim, ceilings, or additional preparation or repairs

Very pleased with the work of Mayco and their team. Very professional and friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone for interior and exterior painting.
Before painting, always make sure that the surfaces you intend to clean are completely dry. This will increase the possibility of ending up with a smooth, perfectly even painted surface. Therefore, avoid painting when it’s rainy or excessively humid.

Thank you for sharing these tips, Josh! My boyfriend and I are about to embark on a major re-design of our condo and I am not looking forward to all the painting prep work. It does make a huge difference if you do it right though! Skylar Mitchell February 25, 2015
A clear plan is essential for success as an entrepreneur. It will help you map out the specifics of your business and discover some unknowns. A few important topics to consider are: What are the startup and ongoing costs? Who is your target market? How much can you charge customers? What will you name your business? What are the costs involved in opening a house painting business?
We haven't had work done yet. Such a wonderful lady to communicate with very professional. That is so rare today. I hope to have her create a mural for me.
Painting or staining existing cabinets is one of our most requested projects. We take pride in transforming kitchen cabinetry from old and worn-out to fresh and updated. During remodeling projects, we often work with interior decorators to help choose stain, color, or finish. We collaborate with them throughout the entire cabinet painting or staining process.
Before work starts, do your part by clearing the area. It’s okay to ask workers for help moving a large bookcase, but first pack up all the books — and all your knickknacks in the room. Move cars from the garage, driveway or in front of the house so the painter can park a van full of supplies near the house.

“Don’t trust impressions and make decisions based on in-store color swatches,” Kara advised. “There are many factors that affect your final result. Make sure you take interior lighting into full consideration. Testing your paint is mandatory. Swatches never reflect the actual color of the finished paint job.”

I had multiple estimates and at the end I went with Mayco. I worked directly with Ignacio every step of the way. The work was done on time and he was very...
5.0 out of 5 stars It works well if you follow the directions I've read the negative reviews and haven't found them to match my good experience with the painter. I like the edger very much and recommend it with these cautions: You must read the directions and follow them, and you do have to keep the O-ring and spout clean after filling and before remounting the paint pad. I strongly advise practicing first with water rather than paint to see how the thumb lever and plunger loop work in a coordinated way. That will demonstrate why some people describe paint going where they don't want it. If you release the lever in the wrong order you will eject paint. I always fill the edger aimed down into the paint can and in a coordinated way as described in the directions, so it's never been a problem.
